Reinforcement of number 1 and 2 by coloring on the outline of numbers and associating the quantity through an art activity. The concept of seriation was also introduced through an art activity of sorting the circles from big to small and pasting it.

An activity for enhanced listening skills were conducted where the students played different musical instruments. Students have also started singing action songs.

Discussion on Janamashtami and Independence Day was done during circle time. Children were shown objects associated with these festivals like lord Krishna, peacock feather, flute, national flag, introduction to tricolor etc.

Children followed steps on the song “Gummy Bear” and also practiced tapping, stomping, clapping on different beats/rhythms.

To enhance fine motor skills children are being taught how to use fevi sticks. Children made beautiful craft on Janmashtami by doing coloring on the outline of Lord Krishna and making a peacock feather by sticking different colored papers. For Independence Day children colored icecream sticks orange , white and green using flat brush to make a flag craft.
